Why First Pancakes?

Starting to teach sometimes feels like standing in front of a hot stove with a bowl of batter: that first pancake can be disasterous, but you get better as you go.

    I've always been more of a waffle man myself, maybe that means I should be a tutor.

    I like your analogy though, it gives me a hopeful image to keep in my head for the rough times ahead. Thanks.

    For my seniors, I just did a lesson on imagery, and I think your last post merits an invitation to appear as a guest speaker in my class.
